Part of your primary care
Behavioral health support
Mental health is health. We address it in the same visit, with the same team, from the same record.
How it works here
Anxiety, depression, stress, poor sleep, and substance use do not live in a different body from diabetes or heart disease. Your primary care clinician screens for them, treats them, and manages medication when it is appropriate, the same way they manage blood pressure.
For patients enrolled in Care Management, your care navigator follows up between visits: checking how a new medication is going, whether sleep is improving, and whether a referral went through.
We do not have therapists or psychiatrists on staff. When you need specialist care, we refer you to community mental health professionals we know and stay involved in your care while you see them.
What we address
Anxiety
Generalized anxiety, panic, health anxiety, and the everyday kind that interferes with work and relationships.
Depression
Screening, evaluation, treatment, and ongoing medication management by your clinician.
Stress and burnout
Work, caregiver, or life stress and the physical symptoms that come with it.
Sleep
Insomnia and sleep habits. Often the first thing we work on.
Behavior change
The gap between knowing what to do and doing it. Coaching can help here.
Coping with illness
Adjusting to a new diagnosis, the emotional side of cardiac recovery, living well with long-term conditions.
If you are in crisis
Call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) any time, or call 911. Do not use email or the patient portal for urgent mental health concerns; they are not monitored around the clock.

Bring it up at your next visit, message your clinician in the portal, or become a patient.
