What this covers
This notice describes how the progressive.health website handles information. Your medical information is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which you receive when you become a patient and can request from either office at any time.
What the website collects
This website does not use advertising trackers or sell information. It does not ask for your medical history. If we add usage measurement, it will be privacy-preserving, aggregate, and cookieless, and this page will be updated to say so.
Links to other services
New-patient signup forms are hosted by Zentake, and the patient portal is provided by Elation Health. Each is a HIPAA business associate of the practice. Information you enter there is protected health information handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this website notice.
Regular email to addresses such as [email protected] is not encrypted end to end and is not monitored around the clock. Please do not send diagnoses, symptoms, or other medical details by email. Established patients should use the patient portal.
