Our team

Gender-affirming care at Progressive Health is led by Jessica Medley, FNP-C, who specializes in gender-affirming care and PrEP therapy. Our clinicians have completed transgender health training, and all staff receive regular gender and sexual diversity training so you are welcomed from the front desk onward.

If the medical community has made you feel uneasy, disrespected, or misgendered in the past, we are sorry. We want you to feel safe here, and we promise your voice will be heard.

Getting started

Become a patient at our Wilmington office, or call and ask for a gender-affirming care appointment. You do not need a referral. See insurance and costs for coverage questions.
